A distinguished educational leader with over 32 years of experience. He has seamlessly bridged the corporate and education sectors, championing excellence in both arenas. As a corporate trainer and educator, he has mentored more than 4,000 executives and 5,000 teachers across various states, shaping the next generation of professionals and educators. Holding an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing Management, he has further enriched his expertise through training in Montessori, Waldorf, and English Language Methodology. He specializes in innovative, experience-based learning methods, and integrates the art and science of parenting and soft skills development—benefiting students, parents, leaders, and management professionals alike. Training in Creative Education in Finland and Switzerland enables him to train the students in a global perspective. Participation in NCC A certificate, Rifle shooting, Parasailing, Outbound learning at Gauribidanur-Karnakatak, A National Yogasana Champion, One of the challenging projects he handled in 2013 was as a consultant to Govt. Of Andhra Pradesh, SERP Rural Development Dept. Andhra Pradesh through EGMM – Designed Content, Developed Material, Training and Training Delivery Management and Assessment. He has trained Consultants and Trainers of the Curriculum Design corporates and academic service providers.

1. Positive Parenting Education initiative - He founded this
whatsapp group and has been
curating group of parents for bringing awareness on positive ways of raising children for all
the parents in the community.
2. Work is Worship - He has founded this WhatsApp group to
bring the employers and
prospective employees in unorganised sector, materials for preparation for the competitive
examinations. Free training programs are conducted for employability skills. Many have been
getting job through this platform which is free.
